If you have ever tried to clean spent botanical material out of a narrow-necked still, you know the pain. This system solves that problem entirely. A large, perforated stainless steel basket sits inside the boiler, holding your botanical material while allowing steam and water to circulate freely. When the run is finished, simply open the massive side-mounted manway, slide out the basket, and dump the spent material. Cleaning goes from a two-hour chore to a ten-minute task.

The distillation head is crafted from pure copper—the material that acts as a natural catalyst to strip away harsh sulfides and preserve delicate floral notes. The boiler, however, is built from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, making it resistant to corrosion from acidic botanicals like citrus peel and witch hazel. You get the aromatic benefits of copper without the patina management and fragility of an all-copper still.

The 200L boiler features an oversized, quick-opening side manway with a glass viewing window. This design allows you to load botanical material directly into the internal basket, monitor the distillation process through the glass, and remove spent material without dismantling the entire system. The vapor travels from the copper head through a copper arm into a dedicated, stand-alone stainless steel condenser tower.
