We've intentionally designed this still to maximize both flavor and durability. The boiler is constructed from heavy-duty, food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with a classic diamond-embossed finish, ensuring easy cleaning and long-term structural integrity. Sitting proudly atop the boiler is a handcrafted pure copper onion-shaped neck. Copper naturally acts to strip away harsh sulfides and impurities, leaving you with a smoother, richer spirit. The column and condenser are also 100% copper, ensuring continuous flavor purification throughout the process.

Unlike traditional setups, this system features a smart, independent column and condenser mounted on a sturdy stainless steel stand beside the boiler. The multi-plate copper column is equipped with large sight glasses, allowing you to visually monitor the internal reflux and vapor flow. This modular design makes it incredibly easy to run it as a classic pot still (for that heavy, oily, traditional whiskey character) or switch to column mode for higher proof and exceptional purity.

Operating the 150L still is straightforward and enjoyable. It features a large, angled manway with a glass cover, making it easy to load your wash and observe the boil. Top-notch pressure gauges and thermometers are placed strategically across the boiler, gooseneck, column, and condenser so you can monitor every stage. The setup uses sanitary tri-clamp connections throughout, making teardown, cleaning, and reassembly a quick and painless process.
